• Hunter Biden agreed to testify before the House Oversight Committee next week but only on TV. He’ll tell lawmakers exactly how he hustled millions of dollars from foreign countries while partying with booze, cocaine and strippers. Congress loves to host these Continuing Education Seminars.
• Robert DeNiro’s anti-Trump speech at the Gotham Film Awards was censored and cut by the sponsor Apple. These things are hilarious. Whenever Hollywood stars give their political opinions at awards ceremonies, you never know which ones are on cocaine and which ones are in the control group.
• Hamas bought time with Israelis Tuesday by releasing a fourth round of hostages in exchange for a daily cease fire and the release of terrorist prisoners. The cable news coverage is non-stop. The Norwegian Nobel Committee is awarding the coveted Peace Prize to Hamas for ending the Ukraine War.
• Nancy Pelosi declared Tuesday that Donald Trump is leading an assault on the health care of Americans by his vow to replace Obama Care. She added that Trump speaks in autocratic tones that threaten our democracy. And now Joe Biden’s in trouble for thanking Nancy for her unblinking support.
• Napoleon with Joaquin Phoenix as the French military genius was panned by historians for the movie’s inaccuracies. Napoleon’s defeat at Waterloo in 1815 ended once and for all France’s reputation for military glory. Today, the French Army is every country’s favorite homecoming game.
• Jimmy Carter attended his wife Rosalynn’s memorial in Atlanta Tuesday, bringing back fond memories of the Carter Era to millions of Baby Boomers. His presidency coincided with our loose and crazy Disco Era. To this day, I refuse to celebrate Earth Day until Wind and Fire are acknowledged.
