• New York held an Italian-American parade Monday celebrating Christopher Columbus. In 1492 the explorer left not knowing where he was going, arrived not knowing where he was, went home not knowing where he'd been, and he did it all on government money. He was the world's first Democrat.
• Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on Monday that he will run for President of the United States in 2024 as an independent rather than as a Democrat. Bobby is in long-term recovery from alcohol, cocaine, pot and sex addiction. Picture enjoying Bush, Obama, Clinton and Trump all in one president.
• President Biden was criticized in the media Sunday for hosting a barbecue that included a band to pay tribute to his White House staffers while Americans were being held hostage in Gaza. The band was ordered not to play any song that might offend the president. That ruled out playing Stairway to Heaven.
• The White House said climate change is as dangerous as nuclear war Monday while the Middle East erupted again. The media gave white supremacy and gas cars the day off. Every morning when I wake up, I immediately turn on the news to see which chapter of Revelation we'll be doing today.
• The New York Post reported that Hamas terrorists evaded Israeli air radar by flying lightweight para-gliders at low altitude into Israel powered by small motors and then opening fire on civilians. Even the Weather Channel is outraged. They just reported that the five-day forecast for Gaza is two days.
• Israel declared war on the Palestinian group Hamas in retaliation for the barbaric cross-border raid Saturday, risking a regional war. Oil prices quickly soared along with a spike in other consumer costs. If you were looking to get out of that time-share in Gaza, the weekly maintenance fee has gone up.
• The Wall Street Journal reports Iran co-created the Hamas attack on Israel from the south, now at risk of rocket attack by Hezbollah from the north and all-out war. U.S. warships are en route to the Eastern Mediterranean and the Persian Gulf. We go back there every October for Fan Appreciation Day.
• Israel received a few mixed grumbles from the U.S. Congress in its counterattack against Hamas Monday. The sometimes-loopy GOP Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene in 2018 claimed that California wildfires are started by Jewish Space Lasers. You'd think they could shoot down para-gliders.
• Joe Biden spent two days being deposed by the Special Counsel in his presidential documents case. The over and under on the I Do Not Recall's is six hundred. Biden plans to get out of this jam by asserting they are not presidential documents if he wasn't legally elected president in the first place.
