• The 2026 UN General Assembly gaveled to order this week with the world facing predictions of a pending financial crisis and escalating wars in the Middle East and Ukraine. Last week, a reporter asked me if I had any plans for the Fall. I didn't know if he meant autumn or the collapse of civilization.

• President Trump incited an uproar in the DC press corps when he announced he's banning CNN, MS-NOW and Politico reporters from the White House. It raises a classic question. If Donald Trump makes a statement from the Oval Office and CNN isn't there to cover it, is he still Hitler?

• The White House is going all out to greet China's President XI at Andrews Air Force Base. I'm only speculating what might be on the menu at the White House State Banquet for our Chinese guests, but Barack Obama's dog Sunny just died over the weekend.

• Citizen Kim is a bio about how Kim Kardashian's sex tape with rap star Ray J lead to today's raunchy social media world. Ray J wound up with heart failure and pneumonia, Khloe's break up with Lamar Odom sent him to crack use and Kiley Jenner's break-up with Tiga sent him into depression. It appears the Kardashians replaced the police as the number-one threat to young black men in America.

• Jay Leno successfully lobbied the California legislature to pass a bill called Jay Leno's Law. It allows classic cars on the road in California without smog checks for short trips. It will be a very short trip for the Highway Patrol and their helicopters when they try to catch a 1970 Shelby GT 500 Mustang.

• Jerry Jones joked to reporters after a big Dallas Cowboys win over Washington Sunday. With a mock menacing look, Jerry said there's nothing more dangerous than an old man with money. Like everyone in Iran, Venezuela, Greenland, Cuba and the White House Press Corps don't know that by now.

• President Trump met with Mamdani in New York City Monday. Socialists felt betrayed by Mamdani for dealing with Trump and conservatives felt betrayed by Trump for dealing with Mamdani. It's another lesson that idolizing a politician is like believing that the stripper really likes you.
