Harris Has No Theme

What is Trump's message? MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

What is Harris' message? Gotcha, didn't I? We don't know. She never settled on a coherent message and, if she did, she never told us!

The closest we can get from reading her remarks is that it is something like: Don't Re-Elect Trump.

But negatives can't be the message. A message must inspire voters to vote for something. Just being against Trump won't suffice. It's not as if her campaign did not realize this axiom, it's that they couldn't get their act together in time to hammer out one.

How about: Save Our Planet?
Or: Racial Justice for All?
Or: End Gun Violence?
Or: An Equal Opportunity Society?
Or: Protect Women's Choice?

Any of these would fit and some might even work. But the time for a campaign theme is over. It's too late.

The truth is that Harris cannot fit her hodge of messages into a simple sentence or even a coherent thought. More than anything else, that is why she will lose the debate. And the election.
