• The Stockton Record says a video of two 7-Eleven workers subduing a robber with a stick went viral Sunday. Naturally now it's the workers who are under police investigation. The 7-Eleven workers said they weren't beating the robber with a stick, they were merely reading him his rights in Morse Code.
• Elon Musk said Monday his cage match with Mark Zuckerberg may have to be slightly delayed due to surgery on his shoulder and his neck. Elon is a Libertarian while Zuckerberg is a Democrat. I think we owe them a great debt for taking American politics and raising it to the level of professional wrestling.
• President Biden flew to Arizona where he visited the Grand Canyon and met with Native tribal leaders. The Indians asked the president to ban all uranium mining, but unfortunately it was just a week after Joe saw Oppenheimer. Both the Indians and the Pentagon use mushrooms in their worship rituals.
• Bobby Kennedy clarified his opposition to vaccines, saying he opposed the shots being mandatory because the Covid vaccines were never tested. Bobby added that medical mandates are a handy addition to government control over our lives. The CDC just ruled you no longer have to wear socks with sandals.
• Al Sharpton slammed Trump's role in trying to reverse the stated outcome of the 2020 election in January 2020. Al actually said, can you imagine James Madison or Thomas Jefferson overthrowing the government so they could gain power? Al Sharpton can't imagine it, and neither could King George III.
• New York Times columnist David Brooks notes the GOP is now the party of working people and Democrats are a party of self-anointed educated elites. They've switched doctrines during my lifetime. When I was a kid in Oklahoma, Southern Democrats believed if you drink Scotch, you make the Yankees rich, and the Republicans believed that putting ketchup on steak should lower your credit score.
