• Governor Gavin Newsom signed a toxic food bill that bans four popular chemicals in cookies, candy and cereals. It could take Oreos, Skittles, Captain Crunch and Fruit Loops off the grocery store shelves. Leave it to California to legalize marijuana and then one year later outlaw the munchies.

• Las Vegas cops say the 1996 shooter of rap legend Tupac Shakur claims the hit was paid for by P Diddy. He's already under FBI probe for sexually enslaving illegal girls at his house. Today was another sad day for the music industry when P Diddy was found alive in his bedroom this morning.

• The Daytona Beach News Journal warned beachgoers along Florida's coast that Great White Sharks have been patrolling the warm beach waters escorted by Hammerhead and Bull Sharks. I don't think sharks are that bad. If a stranger came into my home wearing a Speedo, I'd attack him too.

• The Paris Olympics are in full swing in France this week with seven thousand athletes from all over the world competing for the gold, silver and bronze medals. U.S. gold medalists aren't about to waste their achievements when they return home to the U.S. They plan to sell the gold and buy groceries.

• President Biden issued a sweeping three-point proposal to totally overhaul the U.S. Supreme Court Monday. The bill is so ambitious it feels like the president is swinging for the fences to make up for a career-ending summer. In Joe's honor, Doritos just created a new line of taco chips called Nacho Year.

• President Biden enjoyed a packed house at the LBJ Library in Austin Monday to mark the 60th anniversary of the passage of the Civil Rights Bill. The crowd went wild for Joe only five days after he left the race. It shows that if you give the people what they want, they'll show up every time and cheer.

• Trump accused social media, CNN and MSNBC of erasing past Kamala Harris statements. In addition Google is hiding search results for the assassination attempt on Trump. If you search for Trump assassination attempt, results come up for Volunteer Opportunities with the Clinton Foundation.

• The Secret Service delayed Donald Trump's entrance to a rally in Nashville on Saturday over security concerns. They were right to be worried for Trump. One reason why the North lost so many more men than the South in the Civil War is that Tennesseans are much better shots than Pennsylvanians.

• House Republicans formed a bi-partisan committee to investigate the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. They will question the testimony of FBI Director Chris Wray. Skeptics don't accept the FBI's original conclusion about the shooting that there may or may be a man named Donald Trump.
