• Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic makes its first passenger flight into space today and carries four adventurers. It's just a week after the doomed deep-sea voyage to the Titanic that killed four adventurers. To keep from getting too excited about today's flight I try to remember that not all sequels work.
• NBC News released devastating poll numbers on Kamala Harris's approval ratings on Monday, which if they stay the same could force her off the Democratic ticket in 2024. Kamala now has the lowest approval ratings of any vice president in U.S. history. She's two points below Titanic sub rides.
• The Coast Guard probed the cause of the sub disaster off the coast of Massachusetts last week. Cape Cod maritime researchers are deploying an underwater robot to examine the ocean floor for debris from the Titan sub. It's the same underwater robot they used to find Teddy Kennedy's old cars.
• Elon Musk spoke on a podcast Tuesday and discussed his fight strategy for when he meets Mark Zuckerberg in Las Vegas. However Elon's mother announced that she's canceled the scheduled August cage match. I guess they'll just have to fight it out in the Comments Section like the rest of us do.
• California's Reparations Task Force will likely demand one million dollars for each descendent of slaves living in California. The only slaves in California were movie studio contract players in the '30s. I fear Al Sharpton may have a stroke when the first million dollar check goes to John Clark Gable.
• House Republicans produced a transcript of Hunter Biden shaking down a China official for millions in 2017. I applaud Hunter's ability to raise millions of dollars from foreigners back when he was high. For most people addicted to crack and meth, their only source of income is the Tooth Fairy. ABC's Women of the View came to Hunter Biden's defense, attributing his legal jeopardy to his cocaine addiction. It first became public in 2015 when he was kicked out of the Navy after testing positive for cocaine. The ship captain got suspicious when he swabbed the deck of the aircraft carrier in six minutes.
• Wagner Brigade commander Yevgeny Prigozhin was exiled to Belarus as part of his agreement not to storm Moscow. I would advise the rebel general to always live on the first floor of any hotel or apartment building. That way when they throw him out the window, the worst he can do is break his arm.
• The White House touted President Biden's economic program Monday with the Press Secretary repeating the word Bidenomics. Joe's combination of giveaways and his progressive agenda works for some. My twenty-year home loan just transitioned to a student loan and today I'm free and clear at last.
• The Wall Street Journal cited a Reuters report on presidential lineage which found that Trump is the only president not descended from slave owners, including Obama. Trump's ancestor came from Germany in the 1880s, too late for the Democrats to call him a slave owner and too early to call him a Nazi. After eight years, you'd think Democrats would have another name for him waiting in the wings.
