• Business Insider reports that U-haul is charging five times more for vans moving people out of California than for vans moving people into California. The state is beyond repair. In California, we now live in a society where people use a twelve-hundred-dollar phone to check their food stamp balance.
• San Francisco received another retail blow Wednesday as Nordtrom's announced it is closing all its stores in the city due to the shoplifting. The White House did a beautiful job of deflecting any blame. President Biden denied any knowledge of blowing up Russia's Nordstrom's pipeline in the Baltic.
• ABC News aired a story reminding young Millennial parents of the danger of leaving their kids in parked cars when summer heat arrives. Eventually there will be a child that can withstand one hundred-forty degree heat inside an aging mini-van. It's called evolution and we have to just keep trying.
• The New York Times reported a new Christian fervor is sweeping the U.S. among conservative Republicans. It's revived the partisan debate over Jesus' skin color. Many Democrats hold that Jesus had dark skin, reasoning that if he'd been white the Romans would have let him off with a warning ticket.
• Forbes reported the pandemic shutdown in 2020 had the positive effect of causing an explosion in home entrepreneurship and new businesses start ups. I just wish three years ago I'd gotten into the false eyelashes and padded bra business. Practically every man I see on television today is wearing them.
