• President Trump vowed to destroy Iran's power plants and bridges if they don't agree to peace terms. At the rate the War in the Middle East is escalating, I finally understand why the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse in the Book of Revelation rode on horseback. It was the price of gas.

• Sports Illustrated reported that Major League Baseball attendance is up 5% over last year with over 6 million fans attending Opening Day. The sport faces political problems in New York. Today Mayor Mamdani ordered the first place Yankees to re-distribute some of their runs to the last place Mets.

• California's first lady Jennifer Newsom confided to murder convicts at San Quentin that she once ran over and killed her sister with a golf cart. It was an accident. When Jennifer attended the Tiger Woods Children's Golf Clinic the first lesson Tiger taught them is the safe way to drive a golf cart.

• President Trump continued to catch flak from Catholic prelates for being sacrilegious after he jokingly re-posted a meme depicting himself as Jesus healing a sick man. It was also cultural appropriation. Viewers who regularly watch Netflix know that Jesus was black, African and a woman.

• Vice President JD Vance was scheduled to fly to Pakistan on a dual mission to Islamabad, one goal involving peace and the other chicken kabobs. It's part of the president's new policy in South Asia. Peace or no peace, every Monday Trump flies JD to Islamabad to pick up some Pakistani takeout.

• The U.S. Navy spared an Iran cargo ship at the blockade line but had to open fire and shoot out the engine room to turn it back. Lucky it is was a slow cargo ship. We know if any Iranian boats are speeding over 40 m.p.h. Trump will just assume they're carrying cocaine and sink them without blinking.

• U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar tried to avoid IRS trouble by downsizing her net 2024 worth estimate of $30 million to her current estimate $18,000, a discrepancy of $29,982,000. Omar said she just made an accounting error. Were you ever less surprised to hear that she sits on the House Budget Committee?

• Minnesota Governor Tim Walz traveled to Spain Monday where he gave a speech denouncing President Trump in opposition to the U.S. war on Iran's regime. He has a natural empathy toward a defeated Iran. Tim Walz is the only governor in American history whose state was conquered by pirates.

• New York's District Attorney launched a probe of ex-Congressman Eric Swalwell for claims of sexual misconduct. He served his party as assistant party whip in the House. So far, Swalwell has apologized for mistakes in judgment, which included texting women snapshots of his Democratic caucus.

• Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer quit after a whistleblower says she drank on the job, falsified travel vouchers to cover personal travel and had an affair with her security guard. It points to a problem. If we don't get rid of whistleblowers, we'll never be able to attract our best people to government service.
