• President Macron cozied up to China Monday and hinted at a French break from the U.S. and UK to form a continental European superpower, presumably led by the mighty French. Even Mexico's Army upset the French Army in Mexico in 1867. Ah France, everyone's favorite homecoming opponent.

• The GOP House Judiciary Committee will travel to New York City next week to conduct hearings on the reasons for the recent spike in violent crime in the Big Apple. The residents know all the signs. Anytime you see more than two guys get into a taxi in Manhattan, it means a bank robbery is underway.

• The Carousel of Hope Charity Ball announced Friday that the fundraiser will be held this fall at the Beverly Hilton. It's a big charity event where movie stars serve as dealers in the casino. One possible problem is, what do you say if Will Smith is your Blackjack dealer and you need another card?

• Beer Business Daily website reported that Americans drank a total of six billion gallons of beer in 2022. It takes creative marketing for new brands to attract the public's attention. Anheuser Busch received tremendous publicity last week when it introduced its new beer Bud Light in the Loafers.

• Anheuser-Busch courted customer outrage and boycott by celebrating Transgender Rights Day by placing transgender woman activist Dylan Mulvaney's image on Bud Light beer cans and twelve-pack cartons of Bud Light. However, Bud Light has always been Trans. It's water that identifies as beer.

• Taylor Swift became the first star to schedule two consecutive weekends of shows in L.A.'s SoFi Stadium in August. The University of Texas now offers courses on her songs. When you think about it, college is a lot like breaking up with Taylor Swift, you are still going to be paying for it decades later.

• The New York Post says violent crime is so normalized in cities that pressure groups are claiming it's racist to show photos of wanted suspects on TV. The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce just decided not to hire me to perform at their spring dinner because of my criminal record. I don't have one.

• Tucker Carlson will interview Donald Trump tonight in his first interview since his indictment in New York over hush money payment to a porn star. In reaction, I heard this week on CNN that Stormy Daniels is going to be on Anderson Cooper. I just bet ten dollars on the Reverse Cowgirl position.

• Paramount said Top Gun Maverick grossed a billion dollars in the last year. And that's before streaming and DVD sales. Tom Cruise was the second highest paid actor last year at one hundred million dollars, second to President Zelensky, who was the highest paid actor at eighteen billion dollars.

• President Biden invited to the White House the two Democratic Tennessee lawmakers who were expelled from the house for protesting on the floor with bullhorns in Nashville. The city has bigger problems. The gas prices are so high in Nashville eyewitnesses saw Dolly Parton carpooling with Jolene.

• China declared it will inspect all ships that enter the Straits of Taiwan to tighten its security vise on the threatened island. Have they no compassion? Whenever I read stories about Chinese slaves having to work eighty-four hours a week to make solar panels, I wonder if they'll have the time to make my phone.

• China conducted naval, army and missile drills in the Straits of Taiwan last Saturday in anger over U.S. congressional meetings with Taiwan. During the drill, China fired missiles that landed in the ocean, short of Taiwan. The Taiwanese naturally assumed they were being attacked by North Korea. .
