• Mohammed Abdullah Alabilan, 27, of Pennsylvania, received a lap dance inside the Reign nightclub in Clearwater, Florida, but "refused to pay the $40 service fee," The Smoking Gun reported.
When Alabilan tried to leave the club, a deputy stepped in and charged him with misdemeanor theft.
He was released from jail after paying ... a $40 bond.
