• California Governor Gavin Newsom was ripped by black leaders for trying to relate to black voters in Atlanta by saying he's not that smart and can't read a speech. He adjusted quickly. The next day Gavin said the same thing but with his hair in cornrows and eating from a box of Popeye's Chicken.

• Kamala Harris posted a new clip circulating on social media Tuesday in which she hinted that she's planning to run for President of the United States again in 2028. Why not? The polls show that Kamala has a 100% name recognition with the voters, and if she can overcome that, she could win.

• President Trump in his State of the Union beseeched Congress to make passing the voter-ID Save Act an urgent priority this session. People often say that it's impossible for Democrats and Republicans to work together in order to get things done. But you have to admit, Jeffrey Epstein IS dead.

• President Trump tipped off reporters ahead of time Tuesday that his State of the Union speech would be longer than even last year's 90-minute peroration. He had the Chamber 10 minutes away from being Stockholm Syndromed. There's a fine line between a 2-hour speech and a hostage situation.

• President Trump's State of the Union was interrupted an hour into the speech by an angry House Democrat heckler. It took me back to the hecklers I attracted my first nights onstage in Hollywood back in 1976. Thanks to my lousy jokes, I was able to get the fruits and vegetables I needed to survive.

• President Trump got rave reviews from Republicans for his State of the Union Tuesday. It needed a bloodier ending. I'm a little disappointed that Trump didn't attack Iran with cruise missiles toward the end of the speech and pick off the Mullahs one-by-one, the way the Godfather movies ended.

• President Trump arrived at the Capitol for his State of the Union speech Tuesday. The address was inherited from the King's Speech to the House of Lords that opens Parliament. Shortly after the Revolution, the U.S. and England made up due to our most agreed-upon core value. We both hate France.

• President Trump demanded Congress pass the Voter ID Act which requires a photo ID to vote. Some people argue that photo IDs disenfranchise Americans who aren't smart enough to get one. But if Gavin's wife can get him to stand still for the photographer at the DMV, then everybody will have one.

• Congress will take up the Sunshine Protection Act that if passed makes Daylight Savings Time permanent. We have to set the clocks forward an hour again on March 8th. However, Democrats say you don't really lose an hour of sleep, Bernie Sanders takes the hour and gives it to someone more deserving.
