It’s quite amazing how many times a thief, a liar, and a phony can get away with outrageous actions without consequence. President Biden is the perfect example of this.
Time and time again his policies and actions have failed miserably. He has committed crimes against our country to enrich himself and his family and has caused the deaths of many people through his failed policies, both foreign and domestic. Part of the reason he continues to get away with it is because the leftist media protects him. They cover for him even though the blunders and crimes of his administration have made history.
Biden will go down in history as having the lowest approval rating of any president. And it looks like he may achieve the honor of being the worst president in American history.
And that’s not all. Biden made history once again last week when he granted clemency to more than 1,500 people with a sweeping list of commutations and pardons. More than any president ever. These actions have not gone unnoticed by his critics, who have responded with outrage pointing out various names on the clemency list including people who cost taxpayers tens of millions of dollars through their fraudulent actions.
One of those covered in what the Biden administration is proudly referring to as “the largest single-day act of clemency by a U.S. president” was Rita Crundwell, a former comptroller in Dixon, Illinois. Crundwell was convicted and sentenced to nearly 20 years behind bars for using her position to steal nearly $54 million from the small midwestern town. Obviously Biden can completely identify with her since he and his family have been engaged in similar thievery for years. Only on a bigger scale.
Republican Illinois state Sen. Andrew Chesney called Biden’s decision to grant clemency to Crundwell “nothing short of a slap in the face to the people of Dixon. Her crimes did not only affect the taxpayers of Dixon, but they also had a rippling effect across the region and state, as communities became subject to stricter, more tedious regulations. First, it was the pardoning of his son, and now Biden is apparently extending clemency to anyone with political connections, including corrupt government employees. It’s sickening,” Chesney said.
Another one who made Biden’s clemency list was former New York law partner Paul M. Daugerdas, who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in a multibillion-dollar tax fraud scheme. It was described by prosecutors as one of the largest criminal tax fraud cases in U.S. history.
And then we have Toyosi Alatishe, who abused his position as a caretaker for patients with severe mental deficiencies and physical disabilities by using their personal information to file fraudulent tax returns. What a guy!
Many of these commutations have a similar theme, involving elected public officials who engaged in schemes that defrauded public funds which in turn made them rich. Sound familiar? But in addition to these, Biden gave out commutations to white-collar criminals accused of defrauding their clients out of millions of dollars.
But that’s not all. Not by a long shot. Biden outdid himself by also commuting the sentence of Michael Conahan, a former Pennsylvania judge who imposed harsh sentences against juveniles in exchange for $2.8 million in illegal payments in what became known as a “kids for cash” scandal. This so-called “judge” shut down a county-run juvenile detention center and shared millions in illegal payments from the builder and co-owner of two for-profit lockups.
The scandal is considered Pennsylvania’s largest-ever judicial corruption scheme with the state's supreme court throwing out some 4,000 juvenile convictions involving more than 2,300 kids after the scheme was uncovered. The effects of this crooked operation are still felt to this today among the victims and their families.
With 30 or so days left of the Biden regime, don’t think he’s finished with the commutations and pardons. Remember, Hunter is not the only Biden family member involved in crooked payments from foreign enemy governments in exchange for…who knows what. Joe could very well pardon all of the Biden crime family before he’s through. There’s a lot of bad stuff Crooked Joe can still do in 30 days.
