Christopher Wray announced at a town hall with the "FBI workforce" on Wednesday that he will resign as FBI Director at the end of the Biden administration. Clearly he was getting the jump on Trump, who he knew was going to kick him the hell out as soon as he got into office. So another slimeball from the deep state takes a Brodie. Good! Hip hip hooWray!

Wray maintained that his stepping down is the best option for the FBI as a whole. I'll go a step further, it's the best option for the United States of America as a whole. That's one less partisan hack swamp creature we have to contend with. Or to put it another way, in keeping with the holiday season: "Every time a deep state dirtbag gets his ass kicked out of office, an angel gets his wings," to paraphrase Zuzu from "It's A Wonderful Life."

Wray did not want to be fired right before Trump comes into office, as the President-elect has already announced his nomination of Kash Patel for the position. "He's going to be gone at the inauguration," a source told the Washington Times. "On or before the inauguration." Wray had no choice. He had to kill himself.

President Trump said Wray's resignation "is a great day for America as it will end the Weaponization of what has become known as the United States Department of Injustice. I just don't know what happened to him. We will now restore the Rule of Law for all Americans." And when asked about Wray this past week on NBC's "Meet the Press," President Trump said that he wasn't "thrilled" with him. "He invaded my home," Trump said. "He invaded Mar-a-Lago."

Wray was in concert with other deep staters within the Biden administration, like Attorney General Merrick Garland, who was Wray's direct boss. While they tried to jail Donald Trump for removing so-called "classified documents," they looked the other way when it was discovered that Joe Biden had even more "classified documents" stashed in his garage at home and in several other places.

Wray's FBI also conducted the largest investigation in its long history in response to the January 6, 2021, US Capitol riot — leading to the arrest of over 1,500 people accused of breaking the law that day.

Sen. Josh Hawley, who sits on the Judiciary Committee, called Wray's resignation announcement "a great development. He's the worst FBI director in American history, he should go." Hawley stated that Wray had "violated the constitution" during his tenure. "This should not be partisan by the way. He's a Republican, but he's just been a bad director."

Wray was among those who doubted the severity of the assassination attempt on President Trump, initially asserting that there was "some question" on whether Trump was struck by "a bullet or shrapnel." After hearing Wray's stupid comments, President Trump shot back on Truth Social, "FBI Director Christopher Wray told Congress yesterday that he wasn't sure if I was hit by shrapnel, glass, or a bullet (the FBI never even checked!), but he was sure that Crooked Joe Biden was physically and cognitively ‘uneventful' — Wrong!"

"That's why he knows nothing about the terrorists and other criminals pouring into our Country at record levels. His only focus is destroying J6 Patriots, Raiding Mar-a-Lago, and saving Radical Left Lunatics, like the ones now in D.C. burning American flags and spray painting over our great National Monuments — with zero retribution," President Trump stated.

"No, it was, unfortunately, a bullet that hit my ear, and hit it hard. There was no glass, there was no shrapnel. The hospital called it a ‘bullet wound to the ear,' and that is what it was," he said, adding, "No wonder the once storied FBI has lost the confidence of America!"

So now that Wray is histoWray, we have one less Grinch on the government payroll. And with that Grinch gone, Kash Patel can be sure of having a very happy holiday season. As for the rest of us, one deep stater gone, but still thousands left to go. Keep going, President Trump!

So far, so good!
