It's practically impossible to exaggerate the level of duplicity, incompetence, criminality and failure which will be forever inscribed in history books and will come to be known as the Joe Biden years. Americans were lied to at every turn, not only by the Biden administration and the Democrat Party, but by the liberal news media. Useful idiots in academia, entertainment, sports, and business parroted the lies and fear mongering that the Left was spewing out.
Thankfully, the Left lost the election but plenty of damage has been done. And more mischief continues to be done. The Biden administration shenanigans won't end until Donald Trump is officially sworn in. Consider the following.
It was reported on Dec. 12, following Biden's pardon of his son Hunter on Dec. 1, that he was directed to use his clemency powers more widely before his term ends in January. Biden indicated in his statement that he "will take more steps in the weeks ahead. My Administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances."
On Dec. 23rd the White House said that Biden commuted the sentences of 37 inmates on federal death row. The action reduces the sentence for all but three of the 40 inmates on federal death row. Biden said that the commutations are "consistent with the moratorium my Administration has imposed on federal executions." According to the White House fact sheet about the move, the recipients of the commutations will have their sentences "reclassified from execution to life without the possibility of parole."
Is this the end of the Biden pardons? Who knows? There's still some time left to save other Biden family members and associates. One popular pardonne might very well be James Biden, Joe's younger brother and a less famous player in the family's controversial business dealings.
Other prospective names include former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases chief Anthony Fauci, former GOP Rep. Liz Cheney, and Sen.-elect Adam Schiff (D-CA). Some, including Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), have even wondered aloud whether Biden will pardon himself.
With the days dwindling down to a precious few, the Biden Crime Organization is busy in other areas as well. On Dec. 20th the Biden administration canceled federal student loans for another 55,000 workers through an existing program known as Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Biden's Education Department's announcement covers teachers, nurses, service members, law enforcement officials and others who've reached eligibility through the program, which promises to erase loans after 10 years of work in government or nonprofit jobs.
The $4.28 billion in relief is expected to be the final round of public service loan forgiveness before President Joe Biden leaves office in January. After failing to deliver his promise of widespread loan cancellation, Biden has instead focused on expanding loan relief through programs that were created before his presidency.
All in all, Biden has now canceled an unprecedented $180 billion in federal student loans through existing programs, covering 4.9 million Americans. Remember, it's all taxpayer money, folks.
Some are speculating that Biden will do whatever he can to close illegal immigrant detention facilities and protect illegals from getting deported before Jan. 20. Remember, he tried to sell off border wall parts before he was ordered by a court to stop. Anything to mess up President Trump's path to build the wall.
The Biden administration is also looking at ways to solidify his so-called climate legacy. Continuing to push back against fossil fuel projects and keep the momentum up for green jobs, justice, and climate action. Democrats have delivered a letter to Biden urging him to "continue to deliver the benefits of the Inflation Reduction Act," which was another great lie. It did nothing to reduce inflation.
But here is the really important question of our present time, and the major part of the Biden scandal. We all know that Biden has some form of cognitive impairment. Call it dementia, or senility, or whatever. We also now know that he has been suffering from this for years and his aides and family have been covering for him and in many ways calling the shots for the past 4 years. The big question then is, who exactly is making the decisions? Is it his staff, and if so, who? We need the names of the people who are responsible for the programs and the clemency and pardons that are being done.
Will we ever know? Probably not. That is why the Biden presidency scandal is the worst scandal in American history.
