Consumer Reports

Enough is enough! | It's time for the Media and the Liberals to stop playing political correctness in the Iraqi war. There are more videos of American troops committing these "so called atrocities'' than there are in rotation on MTV.

In the last three months at least three soldiers have been sent to prison for killing Iraqis illegally. What !?!?! This is a War. People get killed.

The embedded media should be removed immediately. We're not shooting a documentary for the History Channel, we're fighting a war. As in any war, children, women, the old, and everyone else has a chance of getting killed. Whether you agree with the war or not, the U.S. is there now. The military must have a free hand to do "whatever is necessary" to win — and save American lives.

It isn't "Sunshine, Lollipops, and Rainbows".

It amazes me that the U.S. has trailed any of our brave military. It seems like the U.S. is trying to show the Middle East that we're good guys. Well, I've got news for you, Al Jazeera and the rest of the Middle East will always hate the West.

So get over it!

The media reporting these atrocities isn't doing anyone any favors. I'm not going into what has been done to Americans and others because I care about our Military — as if a war isn't hard enough to fight as it is.

Are we supposed to kill people nicely? There is no nice way to kill people. Our military people are getting a raw deal. In war there is no "lights, camera, action". There is only "shoot first and ask questions later".

The press should remember what happens in Iraq stays in Iraq.
