
• Charlie Kirk's shooting divided the country and the cable news channels along partisan lines. Shortly after shots rang out, MSNBC's Matthew Dowd blamed Kirk's shooting on his conservative views, saying hateful words have hateful consequences. He was fired the next day, proving his own point.
• British US Ambassador Peter Mandelson was fired for writing that Jeffrey Epstein is his best friend in his 50th birthday book inscription in 2002. Epstein faced 12-18 years in prison when he died. It's ironic when you consider 12-18 years is what got Epstein and his friends in trouble in the first place.
• President Trump attended a New York Yankees game at Yankee Stadium Thursday. The team has a special place in American lore. But I must admit that when I was 6 years old, my parents took me to see the musical Damn Yankees and I tried to walk out when I realized it wasn't a Civil War movie.
• Homeland Security stormed into Chicago to round up illegal aliens Tuesday where ICE agents withstood resistance to go after the illegal alien gang members who run drugs and traffic women, and don't belong in this country. They'll never survive here. They aren't good enough shots to be Americans.
• Senator Bernie Sanders was a voice of reason Thursday praising Charlie Kirk and demanding an end to all the political violence that's broken out. Recently leftists are shooting conservatives, then expressing their support for gun control. It's like saying I eat a Taco every Tuesday, and so I'm Mexican.
• Charlie Kirk's stance for gun rights was exploited on social media Thursday. Well, you have the right to drive a car, but it doesn't guarantee your safety. If I died in a car wreck, critics could say I had it coming and deserved to die because I never demanded government control of all steering wheels.
• Russian drones strayed into Polish airspace during an attack on Ukraine last week. It prompted German warplanes to patrol Polish airspace in defense. Please don't be concerned, nothing bad ever happened when Russia entered Poland from one side and Germany entered Poland from the other.
• Caitlin Clark announced Friday she won't play for the rest of the WNBA season due to all the injuries she's sustained during basketball games this year. It's been brutal on her. In order to learn how to defend herself on the court, Caitlin is going to spend the off-season working at a Waffle House.
• The New York Post reports Coach Bill Belichick's girlfriend Jordan Hudson filed a trademark application for the term Gold Digger. He's 73 and she's 24. If Bill Belichick can outlive her, it will be the greatest comeback since his Patriots overcame a 28-3 halftime deficit to win the 2017 Super Bowl.
• People magazine reported that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have stayed on friendly terms despite their divorce. They have a $68 million house to sell. Speaking generally, in Hollywood you know your marriage is on the rocks when your wife will only allow you to watch her undress on Only Fans.
• Charlie Sheen told a Fox News interview Tuesday how he finally got sober eight years ago. He hilariously revealed he was doing so much cocaine that the cartel cut him off out of concern for his health. You know it's time to clean up when your intervention is being held in El Chapo's living room.
• The Coast Guard staged a second missile attack in one week on a speedboat in the Caribbean that was carrying 13,000 pounds of cocaine. The boat wreckage drew the usual scavengers. Hunter Biden was mistaken for a rescue diver when he arrived on the scene with a snorkel attached to his nose.
• Texas Gov. Greg Abbott banned Sharia law in Texas after an Imam tried to pressure a 7-Eleven to stop selling pork, alcohol and lottery tickets. Yet Muslims are starting to adjust to Texas law. Last Sunday a Muslim husband legally shot his wife for walking in front of the TV during the Cowboys game.
• The DOJ charged the black homeless murderer in the stabbing death of the blonde Ukrainian refugee that was caught on security tape. The video was a grim reminder of the O.J. Simpson saga. He was obviously out-of-his-mind crazy and needed to be incarcerated, and so was the Charlotte stabber.
• The Daily Mail reported that Russian drones aimed at an eastern Ukraine village strayed into Polish air space Tuesday. NATO responded instantly to protect the Polish people. Holland and Germany and Italy moved warplanes into Poland, and President Trump sent the US Army into Chicago.
