The urge to …. clean

http://www.jewishworldreview.com | (UPI) -- A clean house makes people feel happy, satisfied, comfortable and healthy, according to The Soap and Detergent Association, which says that 78 percent of Americans plan on spring cleaning this year, up 11 percent from 2002.

"Let's face it, most of us get an emotional kick out of having a cleaner, de-cluttered home," Brian Sansoni, vice president of communication for the SDA, says in a statement.

According to SDA, 37 percent of the respondents like the clean fresh smell of a clean house, 31 percent like knowing dirt and grime are gone and 14 percent like the shiny, dust-free look.
