Chryslers and Dodges in big recall

http://www.jewishworldreview.com | (UPI) -- More than 1.6 million Dodges and Chryslers are being recalled because of possibly faulty bolts holding down the front seats. DaimlerChrysler, working with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says the models involved in the recall are: Chrysler LHS, Concorde, 300M and some Dodge Intrepids.

Owners who are registered in Chrysler's system will be notified automatically. Others with the models should contact their closest Daimler Chrysler dealer for more information.

The recall involves about 1.06 million units in the United States. An additional 135,000 vehicles were sold in Canada. The model years in the recall are 1998 through 2002.
