And now for the important news ....

Denver voted Tuesday to legalize the possession of marijuana
inside the city limits. You must admire their determination. Some
cities don't just sit around and hope that their NFL team doesn't
move to Los Angeles, they match us item for item.
ABC's Good Morning America today will become the first
morning TV news show to go high definition. The picture is
unbelievably crisp. It's no coincidence that today Diane Sawyer
begins a three-hundred-sixty-five-part story on mosquito netting.
Democrats spoke at Rosa Parks's funeral in Detroit
Wednesday. They spared no praise. Jesse Jackson called her a
legend, Bill Clinton called her a hero, and Al Sharpton said that
yesterday at lunch he saw her image on a grilled cheese sandwich.
French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin vowed Wednesday
to halt the street rioting by Muslims in Paris. It's nasty. The
French hate the Muslims so much that sometimes it's hard for them
to remember what it was they had against the Jews.
Medicare announced plans Wednesday to cut reimbursements to doctors starting next year. This could lead doctors to stop treating senior citizens. Social Security will go bankrupt in half the time when everyone starts living to a hundred.
