Cancer or arousal?

http://www.NewsAndOpinion.com | Now, if you have a loved one or friend who’s ever died of a heart attack, cancer, diabetes or AIDS, you’re probably going to be as angry as me at the money that the federal government is wasting right now on politically correct health studies. It’s an example of the Feds wasting your tax dollars.

Every year, taxpayers are hit with a bill for a federal government that spends over $2 trillion. And so much of that money is wasted on pork-barrel programs that wouldn’t survive if they were ever debated in the light of day. The National Institute of Health funds one such program. And it answers the age-old question: How do females react when they watch porn on TV? You think I’m kidding? I’m not.

Our federal government is spending your tax dollars to see if women get stimulated when watching pornography. It is offensive that hard-working men and women leave their families every day, they work around the clock to pay the bills, and then cut a check to the IRS, only to have their tax dollars wasted on stupid programs like this women’s sex study.

And adding insult to injury is the fact that many of these same Americans have lost their mothers, their wives and their daughters to breast cancer. And they’ve lost their fathers and grandfathers to heart disease. They’ve lost their sons and friends to AIDS. And they watch helplessly as their autistic sons or daughters remain distant and isolated, even in their own homes.

Taxpayers deserve more from their Congress and more from their president than this. And Americans need to know that, when they sweat and toil to pay their taxes, that their money isn’t going to go for a sex study for porn-watching women. I say, if women want to watch porn, fine. Go rent a DVD. Just don’t make the rest of us pay for your porn. It’s that simple.
