Jerusalem: Eternal Truths
about the Eternal City

By Yaffa Ganz

Israel is presently involved in a bitter war. A strange war, an undeclared war, a war with no name. A confusing war in which we constantly explain our position and consistently contradict ourselves. A war in which even the Israeli government finds it difficult to speak with a clear voice. Why? Because it is impolitic to say that we are fighting a religious war, or that the Land of Israel belongs to the People of Israel. And so we fight bereft of our voice. Kol Yaakov -- the Voice of Jacob -- our greatest strength and most potent ammunition, is silenced by external world pressure and by our own internal confusion.

On Jerusalem Day, JWR presents the historic story of the Holy City.

Arab (sky) High Culture
By Joel Mowbray

The most compelling evidence for a terrorist infrastructure fostering and directing suicide bombers exists not in Sharon's new 100-page report--which contains incriminating documents, to be sure--but in the geographical origin of the suicidal murderers themselves. If the suicide bombers are, as some Arafat apologists have claimed, truly self-motivated and spurred on solely by Israeli "aggression" and "occupation," then suicide bombers would have come equally from all over the West Bank and Gaza Strip. However, that has not been the case.

As long as Israel appears uncertain about its objectives, it will get more terror
By Cal Thomas

President Bush is dispatching CIA Director George Tenet to the Middle East to help establish a "unified" Palestinian police force to fight terrorism. The silliness of this proposal was evident if you were watching the cable TV news channels during Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's abbreviated visit to the White House Tuesday (May 7). While President Bush spoke of his latest peace proposals on one side of a split screen, the other side of the screen carried pictures of the work of the latest Palestinian "homicide" bomber, who was making the ultimate statement that no proposal will satisfy Arafat and his band of killers short of the obliteration of the Jews.

Elevating everyday actions; a precious inheritance

An Israeli drone flying over Jenin on Monday, April 28 caught a modern-day resurrection. Well, sort of.

As Arab propaganda cameras rolled, pallbearers repeatedly tried to carry a "dead" man wrapped in a green blanket. The only problem is that he couldn't keep his balance and kept falling. A highlight: At 1:35 on the film, a crowd of onlookers quickly breaks up, when the "corpse" picks himself off the floor and gets back up on the stretcher.

If the purpose of this video were not so EVIL, it would belong on one of those Dick Clark TV specials. After the 'massacre' and now this, can you believe ANYTHING the Arabs say? To view, click here. Windows Media Player needed to watch.
